There are five primary symbols used to complement illustrations. These symbols indicate the part to apply such materials during service.

Checking the engine oil level ■ THETA II 2.0L T-GDI Engine (Gasoline) ■ Lambda II PE 3.3L T-GDI Engine (Gasoline) 1. Be sure the vehicle is on level ground. 2. Start the engine and allow it to reach normal operating temperature. 3. Turn the engine off and wait for a few minutes (about 5 minutes) for the oil to return to the oil pan.Description and operation Description For various control units installed on the vehicle to function based on the signals from various sensors, stable power supply is essential.
