Release the residual pressure in fuel line. (Refer to the Fuel Delivery System - "Release Residual Pressure in Fuel Line") |

Switch "OFF" the ignition and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |

Remove the rear seat cushion. (Refer to Body - "Rear Seat Assembly") |
| 4. |
Remove the sub fuel sender service cover (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

Disconnect the sub fuel sender connector (A).
|
| 6. |
Remove the locking ring (B) by using the special service tool (A) [No.: 09310-B8100].

| 7. |
Remove the sub fuel sender (A).

Install in the reverse order of removal. |

All child restraints must be secured to the vehicle with the lap part of a lap/shoulder belt or with the LATCH system.Repair procedures Removal In case of removing the high pressure fuel pump, high pressure fuel pipe, delivery pipe, and injector, there may be injury caused by leakage of the high pressure fuel. So don’t do any repair work right after engine stops. • Use fender covers to avoid damaging painted surfaces.
