Repair procedures
| Removal |
| 1. |
Release the residual pressure in fuel line. (Refer to the Fuel Delivery System - "Release Residual Pressure in Fuel Line") |
| 2. |
Switch "OFF" the ignition and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
| 3. |
Remove the rear seat cushion. (Refer to Body - "Rear Seat Assembly") |
| 4. |
Remove the sub fuel sender service cover (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

| 5. |
Disconnect the sub fuel sender connector (A).
|
| 6. |
Remove the locking ring (B) by using the special service tool (A) [No.: 09310-B8100].
|
| 7. |
Remove the sub fuel sender (A).
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
Install in the reverse order of removal. |

Remove the condenser. 2. Remove the cap (B) from the bottom of the condenser using an L wrench (A). Tightening torque : 9.8 - 14.7 N·m (1.0 - 1.5 kgf·m, 7.2 - 10.8 lb·ft) 3.
