Repair procedures
| Removal |
| 1. |
Release the residual pressure in fuel line. (Refer to the Fuel Delivery System - "Release Residual Pressure in Fuel Line") |
| 2. |
Switch "OFF" the ignition and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
| 3. |
Remove the rear seat cushion. (Refer to Body - "Rear Seat Assembly") |
| 4. |
Remove the sub fuel sender service cover (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

| 5. |
Disconnect the sub fuel sender connector (A).
|
| 6. |
Remove the locking ring (B) by using the special service tool (A) [No.: 09310-B8100].
|
| 7. |
Remove the sub fuel sender (A).
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
Install in the reverse order of removal. |

Repair procedures Inspection 1. Remove the air cleaner element. 2. Check that the air filter is excessively dirty. If the air filter is excessively dirty, replace the air cleaner element. 3. If the air cleaner element needs to be cleaned, blow compressed air as shown in the illustration to clean it.Repair procedures Inspection 1. Connect the battery voltage and check for blower motor operation. 2. If the blower motor does not operate well, substitute with a known-good blower motor and check for proper operation. 3.
