Impact sensing door unlock system
All doors will automatically unlock when an impact causes the air bags to deploy.
Speed sensing door lock system
All doors will automatically lock after the vehicle speed exceeds 15 km/h (9 mph).
You can activate or deactivate the auto door lock/unlock features in the vehicle. Refer to “User setting” in this chapter.
Other information:
If the vehicle detected by sensors approaches your vehicle, the warning chime will sound and the warning light will blink on the outside rearview mirror. If the detected vehicle is out of detection range, moving away in the opposite direction or moving slow, or if the vehicle is right behind your vehicle, if the direction of the other vehicle is not heading towards your vehicle, the warning is cancelled.Your vehicle has power-assisted brakes that adjust automatically through normal usage. In the event that the power-assisted brakes lose power because of a stalled engine or some other reason, you can still stop your vehicle by applying greater force to the brake pedal than you normally would. The stopping distance, however, will be longer. When the engine is not running, the reserve brake power is partially depleted each time the brake pedal is applied.Categories
