To remove the mechanical key (2), press and hold the release button (1) and remove the mechanical key.
To reinstall the mechanical key, put the key into the hole and push it until a click sound is heard.

Description and operation Description Driver Airbag (DAB) is installed in the steering wheel and electrically connected to SRSCM via the clock spring. It protects the driver by deploying the airbag when frontal crash occurs. The SRSCM determines deployment of the Driver Airbag (DAB).
