Repair procedures

Discharge refrigerant from the refrigeration system.

Replace faulty tube or hose.
Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture or dirt out
of the system.

3. |
Tighten the bolt or nut joint to the specified torque.
Connections should not be tightened to exceed the specified torque.

4. |
Evacuate air in the refrigeration system and charge system with refrigerant.
Specified amount
R-134a : 600 ± 25g (20.0 ± 0.88 oz.)
R-1234yf : 570 ± 25g (22.9 ± 0.88 oz.)

Inspect for leakage of refrigerant.
Using a gas leak detector, check for refrigerant leakage.
