Repair procedures

Replacement

1.	Remove the crankshaft damper pulley. (Refer to Drive Belt System - "Crankshaft Damper Pulley")

2.	Remove the front oil seal (A).

Install the new front oil seal.

Apply engine oil on the edge of new front oil seal.

Remove any debris from the lip portion of the oil seal.

(2)

Using the SST (0K231-2C200), install a new front oil seal.

Always use a new front oil seal.

4.	Install the crankshaft damper pulley. (Refer to Drive Belt System - "Crankshaft Damper Pulley")

Repair procedures Adjustment 1. After loosening the tailgate hinge (A) mounting bolts, adjust the tailgate by moving it up and down, or right and left. 2. Adjust the tailgate height by turning the tailgate overslam bumpers (B). 3.
