Repair procedures
| Removal |
| 1. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
| 2. |
Remove the front seat back cover. (Refer to Body - "Front Seat Back Cover") |
| 3. |
Disconnect the lumbar support motor connectors (A).
|
| 4. |
Separate the retaining clips (A) from the seat frame.
|
| 5. |
Remove the lumbar support assembly (B) after disengaging mounting clip (A).
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
Install the lumbar support assembly. |
| 2. |
Install the front seat back cover. |
| 3. |
Install the front seat assembly.

| Inspection |
Lumbar Support Motor
| 1. |
Disconnect the connectors for motor.
|
| 2. |
When the battery power is supplied to the motor connector, check the motor for smooth operation. |
| 3. |
Reverse the connections and check that the motor turns in reverse. |
| 4. |
If the motor runs abnormally, replace it.
|

Description and operation Description • Engine coolant is used for circulating heat in order to heat and cool the transmission oil. • Rapidly elevates the transmission oil temperature during the initial cold start of the engine. • Prevents over heating of the transmission oil while the vehicle is moving.Opening the hood 1. Pull the release lever to unlatch the hood. The hood should pop open slightly. Only open the hood with the vehicle on a flat surface, engine is turned off, shift lever placed in P (Park) position and setting the parking brake. 2. Go to the front of the vehicle, raise the hood slightly, push the secondary latch (1) left side of the hood center and lift the hood (2).Categories
