Removal

Parking Distance Warning-Forward (PDW-F) Sensor

1.

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.

Remove the front bumper assembly.

(Refer to Body - "Front Bumper Assembly")

3.

Remove the front bumper energy absorber (A).

4.

Disconnect the connector (A) from the PDW-F sensor.

5.

Pull out ths PDW-F sensor (A) after opening the sensor holder (B).

Parking Distance Warning-Reverse (PDW-R) Sensor

1.

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.

Remove the rear bumper beam assembly.

(Refer to Body - "Rear Bumper Beam Assembly")

3.

Disconnect the connector (A) from the PDW-R sensor.

4.

Pull out ths PDW-R sensor (A) after opening the sensor holder (B).

Installation
Parking Distance Warning-Forward (PDW-F) Sensor
1.

Install the PDW-F sensor after connecting the connector.

2.

Install the front bumper energy absorber.

3.

Install the front bumper assembly.

4.

Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Parking Distance Warning-Reverse (PDW-R) Sensor
1.

Install the PDW-R sensor after connecting the connector.

2.

Install the rear bumper beam assembly.

3.

Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
