| 1. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
| 2. |
Remove the overhead console lamp. (Refer to Lighting System - "Overhead Console Lamp") |
| 3. |
Disconnect the overhead console lamp connector (A).

| 4. |
Remove the overhead console lamp cover (A) after loosening the mounting screws.
|
| 5. |
Remove the eCall button (A) after loosening the mounting screws.
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
Install the eCall button. |
| 2. |
Install the overhead console lamp cover. |
| 3. |
Connect the overhead console lamp connector. |
| 4. |
Install the overhead console lamp after connecting the connector. |
| 5. |
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal. |

Description and operation Description The primary purpose of the SRSCM (Supplemental Restraints System Control Module) is to discriminate between an event that warrants restraint system deployment and an event that does not. The SRSCM must decide whether to deploy the restraint system or not. After determining that pretensioners and/or airbag deployment is required, the SRSCM must supply sufficient power to the pretensioners and airbag igniters to initiate deployment.Components and components location Components Location 1.
