Repair procedures

Replacement

1.	Remove the crankshaft damper pulley. (Refer to Drive Belt System - "Crankshaft Damper Pulley")

2.	Remove the front oil seal (A).

Install the new front oil seal.

Apply engine oil on the edge of new front oil seal.

Remove any debris from the lip portion of the oil seal.

(2)

Using the SST (0K231-2C200), install a new front oil seal.

Always use a new front oil seal.

4.	Install the crankshaft damper pulley. (Refer to Drive Belt System - "Crankshaft Damper Pulley")

When a larger child who has outgrown a child restraint system sits in the front passenger seat, the system may recognize him/her as an adult depending upon his/her physique or sitting position.
