Oil Seal (Main Shaft)
| 1. |
Remove the transfer case assembly. (Refer to 4 Wheel Drive (AWD) System -"Transfer Case Assembly") |
| 2. |
Remove the oil seal (A) using a flat head driver.

| 3. |
Install the new oil seal with special service tools (0K473-J5100, 09231-H1100).

Install the transfer case assembly. (Refer to 4 Wheel Drive (AWD) System -"Transfer Case Assembly") |
Oil Seal (Rear Flange)
| 1. |
Remove the rear propeller shaft assembly. (Refer to Driveshaft and axle -"Rear Propeller Shaft Assembly") |
| 2. |
Remove the snap ring (A) using a snap ring plier.
|
| 3. |
Remove the rear flange (A) using a gear puller.
|
| 4. |
Remove the oil seal (A) using flat head driver.
|
| 5. |
Install the new oil seal using special service tools (0K473-J5200, 09231-H1100).

| 6. |
Install the rear flange.
|
| 7. |
Install the snap ring.
|
| 8. |
Install the rear propeller shaft assembly. (Refer to Driveshaft and axle -"Rear Propeller Shaft Assembly") |

The FCA system is designed to monitor the vehicle ahead or a pedestrian on the roadway through radar signals and camera recognition to warn the driver that a collision is imminent, and if necessary, apply emergency braking. In certain situations, the radar sensor or the camera may not be able to detect the vehicle or pedestrian ahead. In these cases, the FCA system may not operate.
