Repair procedures
| Inspection |
| 1. |
Remove the overhead console lamp assembly then check for continuity between terminals. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the map lamp switch.

| Removal |
| 1. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
| 2. |
Remove the two mounting screws. And then remove the overhead console lamp (A).
|
| 3. |
Remove the overhead console lamp after disconnecting the connectors (A).
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
Connect the overhead console lamp connector. |
| 2. |
Install the overhead console lamp. |
| 3. |
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
Other information:
1. Park on a level surface and apply the parking brake firmly. 2. Place the transaxle shift lever in P (Park). 3. Activate the hazard warning flashers. 4. Remove the wheel lug nut wrench, jack and spare tire from the vehicle. 5. Block both the front and rear of the wheel that is diagonally opposite from the jack position. WARNING - Jack location To reduce the possibility of injury, be sure to use only the jack provided with the vehicle in the correct jack position; never use any other part of the vehicle for jack support.Service data Service Data Ignition System Spark Plug Item Specification Type SILZKR8H9G Gap 0.8 - 0.9 mm (0.0314 - 0.0354 in.)
