Repair procedures
| Inspection |
| 1. |
Remove the overhead console lamp assembly then check for continuity between terminals. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the map lamp switch.

| Removal |
| 1. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
| 2. |
Remove the two mounting screws. And then remove the overhead console lamp (A).
|
| 3. |
Remove the overhead console lamp after disconnecting the connectors (A).
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
Connect the overhead console lamp connector. |
| 2. |
Install the overhead console lamp. |
| 3. |
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
Other information:
If your vehicle is equipped with a sunroof, you can slide or tilt your sunroof with the sunroof control lever located on the overhead console. The sunroof can be operated for approximately 30 seconds after the Engine Start/Stop button is in the OFF position. However, if the driver’s door is opened, the sunroof cannot be operated even within the 30 second period.❈ The actual air bags in the vehicle may differ from the illustration. Your vehicle is equipped with a side air bag in each front seat. The purpose of the air bag is to provide the vehicle's driver and/or the front passenger with additional protection than that offered by the seat belt alone. The side air bags are designed to deploy during certain side-impact collisions, depending on the crash severity, angle, speed and point of impact.Categories
