Repair procedures

Discharge refrigerant from the refrigeration system. |

Replace faulty tube or hose.

| 3. |
Tighten the bolt or nut joint to the specified torque.
|
| 4. |
Evacuate air in the refrigeration system and charge system with refrigerant.
|
| 5. |
Inspect for leakage of refrigerant. Using a gas leak detector, check for refrigerant leakage. |
| 6. |
Inspect A/C operation. |
