Repair procedures

Removal

1.	Remove the engine room front under cover. (Refer to Engine and Transmission Assembly - "Engine Room Under Cover")

2.	Remove the drive belt and water pump belt. (Refer to Drive Belt System - "Drive Belt")

3.	Install the SST (0K231-2C100) on the crankshatf damper pulley, and then tighten the bolts (A).

Install the SSTs (09231-2J210, 09231-D2100) on the SST (0K231-2C100) and then unfasten the crankshaft damper pulley mounting bolt.

•	Inset a adapter 5 mm (0.1969 in.) + 20 mm (0.7874 in.) of SST (09231-D2100) between SST (09231-2J210) and SST (0K231-2C100). And then tighten bolts 45 mm (1.7717 in.) of SST (09231-D2100)

•	When unfasten the crankshaft damper pulley mounting bolt, fix the SST 09231-2J210 on the sub frame.

5.	Remove the crankshaft damper pulley (A).

Installation

1.	Install the crankshaft damper pulley (A).

2.	Install the SST (0K231-2C100) on the crankshatf damper pulley, and then tighten the bolts (A).

Install the SSTs (09231-2J210, 09231-D2100) on the SST (0K231-2C100) and then tighten the crankshaft damper pulley mounting bolt.

•	Inset a adapter 5 mm (0.1969 in.) + 20 mm (0.7874 in.) of SST (09231-D2100) between SST (09231-2J210) and SST (0K231-2C100). And then tighten bolts 45 mm (1.7717 in.) of SST (09231-D2100)

•	When tighten the crankshaft damper pulley mounting bolt, fix the SST 09231-2J210 on the sub frame.

4.	Remove the SSTs (09231-2J210, 09231-D2100, 0K231-2C100) from the crankshaft damper pulley.

5.	Install the water pump belt and drive belt. (Refer to Drive Belt System - "Drive Belt")

6.	Install the engine room front under cover. (Refer to Engine and Transmission Assembly - "Engine Room Under Cover")

Repair procedures Removal [2WD] 1. Remove wheel nuts, front wheel and tire (A) from hub. Tightening torque: 107.9 - 127.5 N·m (11.0 - 13.0 kgf·m, 79.6 - 94.0 lb·ft) Be careful not to damage the wheel bolts when removing the wheel and tire (A).
