Repair procedures
| Removal |
| 1. |
Switch "OFF" the ignition and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
| 2. |
Remove the fuel filler cap after opening the fuel filler door. |
| 3. |
Lift the vehicle. |
| 4. |
Remove the rear-left wheel & tire and wheel house cover. |
| 5. |
Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A) and leveling hose (B).

| 6. |
Disconnect the ventilation (A).
|
| 7. |
Remove the filler-neck assembly from the vehicle after removing bracket mounting nuts (A).

| Installation |
| 1. |
Install in the reverse order of removal. |

Auto defogging reduces the probability of fogging up the inside of the windshield by automatically sensing the moisture of inside the windshield. The auto defogging system operates when the heater or air conditioning is on.
