Repair procedures
Replacement
1.

Loosen the front door checker (A) mounting bolt.

Tightening torque :

19.6 - 29.4 N·m (2.0 - 3.0 Kgf·m, 14.5 - 21.7 lb·ft)

2.

Detach the clips, then remove the front door side weatherstrip (A).

Tightening torque :

19.6 - 29.4 N·m (2.0 - 3.0 Kgf·m, 14.5 - 21.7 lb·ft)

3.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

  

Replace any damaged clips.
