Kia Stinger CK: Wide Sunroof / Mechanism Assembly
Repair procedures

Put on gloves to protect your hands. |

| 1. |
Remove the moving glass. (Refer to Wide Sunroof - "Moving Glass") |
| 2. |
Open the mechanism(A) more than 100mm by operating sunroof switch.

| 3. |
Remove mechanism rail front locator after loosening the mounting screw.
|
| 4. |
Move the mechanism bracket(A) to (B) spot by operating sunroof switch.
|
| 5. |
Remove the mechanism shoe(A) from mechanism guide by pulling direction of an arrow.

| 6. |
Place the front slide shoe(B) as picture below by pushing the mechanism assembly(A) direction of an arrow.

| 7. |
Remove the front slide shoe(A) by pushing direction of an arrow from mechanism guide.
|
| 8. |
Remove the mechanism assembly(A) by pulling direction of an arrow.
|
| 9. |
Installing order is inverse order of removing.
|

Never move the shift lever from P (Park) or N (Neutral) to any other position with the accelerator pedal depressed. Never move the shift lever into P (Park) when the vehicle is in motion. Be sure the vehicle is completely stopped before you attempt to shift into R (Reverse) or D (Drive).
