Automatic-dimming function
Your mirror will automatically dim upon detecting glare from the vehicles traveling behind you. The autodimming function can be controlled by the Dimming ON/OFF Button:
1. Pressing the
button turns the
auto-dimming function OFF which is indicated by the green Status Indicator LED turning
off.
2. Pressing the
button again turns
the auto-dimming function ON which is indicated by the green Status Indicator LED
turning on.
✽ NOTICE
The mirror defaults to the ON position each time the vehicle is started.
Z-Nav™ Compass Display
The NVS® Mirror in your vehicle is also equipped with a Z-NAV™ Compass that shows the vehicle Compass heading in the Display Window using the 8 basic cardinal headings (N, NE, E, SE, etc.).

Description and operation Description • Side Impact Sensor (SIS) system consists of two Pressure Side Impact Sensor (P-SIS) installed at each center of the front door module (LH and RH), two SIS installed at each center pillar nearby (LH and RH) and two rear SIS installed in the rear pillar (LH and RH). • Pressure Side Impact Sensor is also called P-SIS because it detects pressure from collision at its mounting location.Kia Stinger (CK) 2018-2023 Owner's Manual: The Eco-coasting system
When certain conditions are met, the engine is automatically decoupled from the transmission while the shift lever is remained in D (Drive). In this ECO Coasting mode, the engine stays at idling speed to reduce fuel consumption and increase coasting distance. The engine is automatically coupled back again when ECO Coasting deactivation conditions are met.Categories
