Kia Stinger CK: Lubrication System / Oil Cooler
Repair procedures
| Removal |
| 1. |
Drain the coolant. (Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant") |
| 2. |
Remove the oil filter. (Refer to Lubrication System - "Engine Oil") |
| 3. |
Disconnect the oil cooler coolant hoses (A). |
| 4. |
Loosen the mounting bolt (B) and remove the oil cooler assembly (C).

| Installation |
| 1. |
Apply a light coat of engine oil to the oil cooler packing surface and then install the oil cooler (B) with fix bolt (A).

| 2. |
Connect the oil cooler coolant hoses (A).

| 3. |
Install the oil filter. (Refer to Lubrication System - "Engine Oil") |
| 4. |
Fill the radiator with coolant and check for leaks. |

Repair procedures Filter inspection The climate control air filter should be replaced according to the maintenance schedule. If the vehicle is operated in severely polluted city or on dusty rough roads for a long period, it should be inspected more frequently and replaced earlier than schedule. When replacing the climate control air filter, replace in the following procedure and be careful not to damage other components.Components and components location Component Location 1.
