Repair procedures
| Removal |
| 1. |
Drain the coolant. (Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant") |
| 2. |
Remove the oil filter. (Refer to Lubrication System - "Engine Oil") |
| 3. |
Disconnect the oil cooler coolant hoses (A). |
| 4. |
Loosen the mounting bolt (B) and remove the oil cooler assembly (C).

| Installation |
| 1. |
Apply a light coat of engine oil to the oil cooler packing surface and then install the oil cooler (B) with fix bolt (A).

| 2. |
Connect the oil cooler coolant hoses (A).
|
| 3. |
Install the oil filter. (Refer to Lubrication System - "Engine Oil") |
| 4. |
Fill the radiator with coolant and check for leaks. |
Other information:
Before entering vehicle Be sure that all windows, outside mirror(s), and outside lights are clean. Check the condition of the tires. Check under the vehicle for any sign of leaks. Be sure there are no obstacles behind you if you intend to back up. Necessary inspections Fluid levels, such as engine oil, engine coolant, brake fluid, and washer fluid should be checked on a regular basis, at the exact interval depending on the fluid.Components and components location Components 1.
