Repair procedures

Replacement

Put on gloves to protect your hands.

•	Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.

•	Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

1.	Remove the hole cap (B) and then remove the rear door outside handle cover (A) after loosening the mounting bolt.

2.	Remove the rear door outside handle (A) by sliding it rearward.

Install in the reverse order of removal.

•	Be sure to install the outside handle pad (A) between the outside handle and the door panel.

•	Check that glass operation is normal.

•	Adjust glass if necessary.

•	Make sure that the connector is connected properly.

•	Make sure that the door locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
