Repair procedures

Removal

•	Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.

•	When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.

1.	Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.	Using a screwdriver or remover, separate the room lamp (A) from the room lamp.

Remove the room lamp (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

•	When removing the room lamp, be careful of the direction in which the tool is inserted (B).

•	When inserting the tool in the opposite direction, take caution as the room lamp may be damaged.

4.	Remove the room lamp assembly after disconnecting the room lamp connector (A).

Installation

1.	Connect the room lamp connector.

2.	Install the room lamp.

3.	Install the room lamp lens.

4.	Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

When certain conditions are met, the engine is automatically decoupled from the transmission while the shift lever is remained in D (Drive). In this ECO Coasting mode, the engine stays at idling speed to reduce fuel consumption and increase coasting distance. The engine is automatically coupled back again when ECO Coasting deactivation conditions are met.
